Your kids will go crackers over these Finding Dory-inspired fish-shaped snacks!

Tasty and easy to make, they’re perfect for scooping up healthy dips.

What You'll Need
  • 240g buckwheat flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120ml water
  • White sesame seeds (for decoration)
  • Fish-shaped cookie cutter

    Mix the buckwheat flour with the oil, salt and half the water

    Little by little, add more water until you have a non-sticky dough to work with. (Add extra water or flour if you need)

    Add half the sesame seeds to the mix

    Divide your dough in half, and roll out each half on one sheet of parchment paper. Roll as thinly as you can

    Use a cookie cutter to cut out your fish shapes, and place them on a baking tray

    Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds over the crackers and press them into the dough

    Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180c, or until your crackers are golden brown and crispy. Be careful not to over bake or they will burn!

Mix pesto with hummus to make a tasty ‘seaweed’ dip for your fish shaped crackers!
