What You'll Need
  • 6 eggs
  • A hand balloon pump
  • Large sewing needle
  • White acrylic paint
  • Paper plate or palette
  • Paintbrush
How To Make It
Step 1 / 7
  • Prep - 3

First, place the base of the needle firmly on the table with the pointed end facing up, and press the egg into the needle to make a small hole.

  • Prep - 4

Do the same to the other end of the egg.

  • Prep - 5

To make things easier for the next step, make one hole slightly bigger than the other.

  • Prep - 7

Next take your balloon pump and pump air through the smaller hole until all the liquid is cleared from inside the egg.

  • Prep - 13

Once all your eggs are hollowed out, take some white acrylic paint and paint them all white as a base colour.

  • Prep - 15

This will make it easier to paint fun colours and designs later on. You might need to do two or more coats of white paint.

  • Prep - 16

Your eggs should look like this when finished.
