Inspired by Judy Hopps’ love of carrots, this smoothie is a delicious way to get more fruit and vegetable into your diet.
What You'll Need
- 200ml carrot juice (fresh or from a carton)
- 1 small container of fat free strawberry yogurt
- 5 large strawberries
- 2 passion fruits
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A blender
- A handful of ice cubes
How To Make It
Prepare the passion fruit by cutting the fruit in half and scooping out the fruit pulp and seeds.
Measure all ingredients and place in bowl of blender.
Blend on high and serve.
