Add extra fruit to your child’s diet with this snackable smoothie inspired by Doc McStuffins.

Does your little one have a case of the after school hunger boo-boos? Doc has a diagnosis! Whip up this flavoursome smoothie snack in minutes to help fill those little bellies.

What You'll Need
  • 1 pot of low fat berry flavoured yoghurt
  • 200ml of milk (any you prefer)
  • 25g Blackberries
  • 25g Grapes
  • 25g Blueberries
  • 25g Strawberries
  • Half a banana
How To Make It
  1. Peel the banana, remove pips from grapes and trim the stalks off the blackberries.

  2. Place the yoghurt, fruit and milk into a blender and blend until smooth. If it looks a little thick, add more milk.

  3. Pour smoothie into a glass and serve whilst cold. Add ice if desired.
