Dip into some Endor flare by cooking up this delicious and playful Ewok Guac!
Excellent for a Star Wars movie marathon and sure to be the talk of the galaxy.
- 5 ripe avocados
- Bundle of spring onions
- Handful of coriander
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- Crisp round whole-wheat crackers (or similar)
First, cut up your avocados, and throw them into a mixing bowl. Keep three pits and an avocado skin off to the side.
Finely chop the green onions and add them to the mix.
Chop up the coriander and dice the jalapeno. Add to the mix. If you don't like it spicy, you can leave this out.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixing bowl and set the rind aside.
Position the avocado pits in the guacamole to give the Ewok two eyes and nose.
Take the avocado skin, cut out a smile, and position it accordingly under the nose.
Stick your crackers into the guac to emulate the furry coat of our favourite woodland creature. To create the Ewok’s ears, place two crackers onto the rim of your serving bowl using dollops of guacamole to hold in place.
