Moana’s Coconut Infusions

Polynesian Pineapple and Lime Coconut Water

Try this super delicious drink, which is vibrant in both colour and taste. Its an ideal post-school refresher!

Ingredients:

350ml coconut water

60g pineapple chunks

30ml lime juice

1 tbsp honey

Add all the ingredients to a blender, blitz until the pineapple is liquefied then serve over ice with a thin slice of lime.

Orange Mint Coconut water

Treat your mini Moanas and Mauis to this zesty infusion! An ideal drink to hydrate them ready for their next adventure.

Ingredients:

100ml freshly squeezed orange juice

100ml carbonated water

100ml coconut water

A few sprigs of fresh mint

A handful of ice cubes.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix! Serve immediately.

Pomegranate & Strawberry Infused Coconut Water

Smash together these amazingly colourful ingredients to create a beautiful and fresh fruity infusion.

Ingredients:

A handful of strawberries

Half seeds from a pomegranate

300ml coconut water

Halve the strawberries and add to a glass, Next halve your pomegranate and scrape the seeds out and add to the glass. Pour the coconut water over the fruit and chill for a a few hours to maximise the fruit flavours. Serve with ice.

Coconut Cucumber Splash

Splash, smash and sip. Put these super-fresh, thirst quenching ingredients together and drift off to polynesia.

Ingredients:

A few slices of cucumber

4-5 mint leaves

Juice of half a lime

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp grated peeled ginger

Pour coconut water into a pitcher, add thin slices of cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, honey and ginger, stir to mix well. Refrigerate until chilled. Pour into individual glasses to serve.
