From 10th – 16th April we’ll be bringing you a week of top tips and inspiration with help from Olympic cyclist Laura Kenny along with TV presenter and former British gymnast, Gabby Logan to help children and families to eat healthier and be more active.

Monday 10th April
Get an exclusive first look at First Class Chefs Family Style, a new cookery show hosted by chef Matt Tebbutt which gives simple and tasty recipes that families can cook together.
Tuesday 11th April
Join the Disney Junior Tea Party at 11am to share stories and activity ideas that families can try together.
Thursday 13th April
The cast of The Lodge will share how they keep fit and healthy on set. Check it out on Disney Channel’s Instagram Story.
Friday 14th April
Gabby Logan will be sharing her top tips on Disney Inspired about how to make being active fun for the whole family.
