Avocado and Coconut Toast

Smash together these two scrumptious flavours to start the day on a high. You’ll be ready for your next adventure in no time!

How to make it

Toppings:

2 teaspoons coconut oil

1 avocado, thinly sliced

Red pepper flakes

A squeeze of lemon

Toast your preferred bread, spread a thin layer of coconut oil on each piece. Thinly slice an avocado and place on top of the toast, add seasoning. For an extra taste sensation, add red pepper flakes and a squeeze of zingy lemon!

Power Peanut Butter & Banana Toast

Keep it simple with this classic combination. Sure to get those Maui sized muscles and minds moving!

How to make it

Toppings:

Low-fat peanut butter

Banana (sliced)

Honey

Granola

Toast your preferred bread and spread with low-fat peanut butter. Top with as many banana slices as you wish, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with granola for some added crunch!

How to make it

Toppings:

1 avocado

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 chopped mango

1 chopped pineapple

Optional: red pepper flakes

Toast your preferred bread. Using Maui-like strength, mash the avocado in a bowl with the back of a fork. Add the zesty lime juice and season to taste. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast and top with chopped mango and pineapple. Add red peppers flakes for extra colour and zing.

Toppings:

Ripe strawberries

Low-fat cream cheese

Wash the strawberries and cut into quarters. Toast the bread and spread a generous layer of cream cheese on the toast. Smash the strawberries a little with a fork, layer a spoonful of strawberries on top of the cream cheese and Heihei presto!
