- 1 pot of low fat berry flavoured yoghurt
- 200ml of milk (any you prefer)
- 25g Blackberries
- 25g Grapes
- 25g Blueberries
- 25g Strawberries
- Half a banana
Peel the banana, remove pips from grapes and trim the stalks off the blackberries.
Place the yoghurt, fruit and milk into a blender and blend until smooth. If it looks a little thick, add more milk.
Pour smoothie into a glass and serve whilst cold. Add ice if desired.
