I mean it’s crazy, we finish each other’s… frozen yoghurt?
This frozen treat inspired by Anna is simple to put together and perfect for a big summer blowout!
- Low fat vanilla yoghurt
- Fresh raspberries
- Ice cube tray
Slightly mash the berries with a fork — you’ll want some larger fruit pieces in your bites.
Combine the raspberries with the yogurt, mixing well.
Using a spatula, fill the ice cube moulds with the yogurt mixture, then scrape off the excess.
Place in the freezer until thoroughly frozen (around 6 hours or overnight). Then pop the bites out of the ice cube moulds and enjoy!
